We also help you build the necessary relationships — with architects and designers, with neighbors and local government agencies — to navigate the steps of planning, permitting, and construction. We’ve done this before, many times and with great success, so you can lean on our experience throughout the journey.
Some owners prefer that we partner with them closely throughout the actual building of their home. Others appreciate a “low touch” approach, trusting our expertise and commitment to timely completion. We have experience working both ways, and can keep you as connected to the actual building process as you desire.
Communication is a critical element throughout every step. From start to finish, we set clear, realistic milestones and keep you informed with regular status updates along the way, including photos of the weekly progress.
