Marshall Williams has over 10 years experience bringing the highest standards of workmanship and project management to construction projects in the Truckee/Tahoe area. From fit and finish to budget and timelines, Marshall approaches every new custom home with meticulous attention to detail, as well as personal passion. Originally from Danville, CA, Marshall has worked on projects ranging from large commercial buildings to high-end residences, and has grown to most enjoy the aesthetic, quality, and environmental challenges of custom homes.
Marshall's clients trust his "low touch" approach. They know that his hands-on project management skills-and acceptance of nothing less than perfection-will allow them to sleep well at night, assured that he's anticipated any potential problems before they arise.
Along with his wife and two children, Marshall takes full advantage of the area's abundant outdoor activities, including cycling and skiing. He is a member of both the Contractors Association of Truckee Tahoe (CATT) and the Sierra Green Building Association (SIGBA).
